<\/strong>Cosafe Technology AB (corp. No. 556987-4539) (hereinafter \u201dCosafe\u201d, \u201dwe\u201d or \u201dus\u201d) cares about protecting your privacy. We have therefore designed this privacy policy (hereinafter the \u201dPrivacy Policy\u201d) which describes how we collect, use, share, transfer and store information, including your personal information, when using our websites, cosafe.com, app.cosafe.se, admin.cosafe.se (the \u201dWebsite\u201d) and our services Cosafe mobile app and Cosafe Desktop App for communication (hereinafter collectively the \u201dServices\u201d). The Services are provided, among other things, through our mobile applications (the \u201dApplications\u201d). Personal data refers to all kinds of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person who is alive. Cosafe is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise agreed with the organization to which you belong.<\/p>

When registering a User Account
<\/b>In connection with the registration of a User Account for the use of our Services, we collect information about your name, your e-mail address, your work title and your telephone number.<\/p>

When using the Services
<\/strong>We save certain information when you use our Services, when you register events, or communicate with other users. We collect information about when and to whom a message was sent, as well as information about your geographical location in connection with you sending a message through the functions Alarm, Personal alarm, On-call alert and \u201dI am OK\u201d, if you allow this on your device. We never continuously monitor your geographical position.<\/p>

Information about your device
<\/strong>We also collect certain information about the computer or mobile device you are using, such as your IP address, special device identifiers, which browser and operating system you are using, the device\u2019s language and time zone, and which version of the Application you have. We also use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, see section 8 below.<\/p>

Market research
<\/strong>If you participate in market research or the like that we conduct on our behalf, we may collect additional information in addition to what is stated in this Privacy Policy. This information may be combined with other information that you have provided to us, as well as with information from public sources. The information we collect is stated in connection with the market research and is approved by you in each individual case.<\/p>

<\/strong>The information we collect, including personal data, we process in order to provide our Website and our Services, to ensure that our Website and our Services function satisfactorily, and to develop and improve our Website and our Services. <\/strong>When you use the Services to communicate with other users, you choose which other users will see what you communicate. We do not take part in the messages, photographs or documents that you send within your groups.<\/p>

<\/strong>In order to be able to provide the Services, we may disclose your personal information to various service providers, who process your personal information on our behalf.<\/p>

The above service providers will only have access to the personal data that is necessary for them to be able to fulfill their obligations to us and they may only process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. 7. MINORS
<\/strong>We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of your parent and guardian to be able to use the Services. If we find out that we have collected personal data from persons under the age of 18, without the parent or guardian\u2019s consent, we will take steps to delete the data.<\/p>

If you have a request, you are welcome to contact us at support@cosafe.com. The application must be sent from the same e-mail address that your registered user has in Cosafe (your Username in Cosafe).<\/p>
