Maria’s role within Cosafe Advisory
Within Cosafe Advisory, Mia will have a leading role in developing and conducting training and lectures within Systematic School Safety Work (SSA) and act as an expert in the development of Cosafe’s technical support for Systematic School Safety Work.
The work involves building a long-term, structured system where schools identify, analyze, and address risks linked to accidents, crises, threats, and violence, and continuously follow up and improve their routines to ensure a safe and secure school environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
The purpose of our Systematic School Safety Work is clear:
To create a safe, secure, and learning-friendly environment where risks are minimized and the school is prepared in the event of an incident.
Maria will meet with principals, school heads, security officers, teachers, and other school staff to translate legislation and strategies into real-world preparedness and security in everyday life.
Welcome to Cosafe Advisory, Maria!
