Cosafe Technology AB (corp. No. 556987-4539) (hereinafter ”Cosafe”, ”we” or ”us”) recognises the critical importance of comprehensive IT asset management for the seamless functioning of our services. Our IT asset inventory spans various resources such as computing devices, IT systems, software, associated hardware, business processes, and data. This policy (hereinafter the ”IT Asset Management Policy”) explicates our approach towards the management of these IT assets.

2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OWNERSHIP
By being granted access to our IT resources, you acknowledge that all the IT assets, irrespective of their value, are the exclusive property of Cosafe. These resources are employed to bolster our operational needs and their allocation is determined by a centrally administered budget, user roles, and established criteria.

3. ASSET MANAGEMENT
Our IT assets, especially those that house data, are diligently tracked and assigned to a specific user or department. Our IT manager is responsible for conducting asset audit activities, maintaining an accurate asset tracking system, and supervising the appropriate disposal of assets.

4. ASSET DISPOSAL AND REPURPOSING
As outlined in the Cosafe Technology Equipment Handling and Disposal Policy, we securely dispose of or repurpose IT assets. This strategy minimizes risk and ensures compliance with all pertinent regulations.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for the safeguarding of the assets issued to them, promptly reporting any loss or theft, and returning the assets when they are no longer required.

6. SECURITY
We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with GDPR provisions to protect our IT assets from loss, theft, unauthorized access, alteration, or unauthorized destruction.

7. DISSEMINATION OF IT ASSET INFORMATION
Certain information about our IT assets may be shared with various service providers who process this information on our behalf. They only have access to the necessary data, are obliged to process the data as per GDPR, and must ensure its protection.
